The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is the new way Australia is providing support for people with permanent and significant disabilities. This means that the way that support for children with complex disabilities in Brisbane is accessed and provided will change. The NDIA has been rolling out the new scheme across Australia since July 2016 in many states. In Queensland, the state-wide rollout is planned for completion by July 2019.
Between July 2017 and June 2018, the following local areas will transition to the NDIS.

InFocus Disabilities Services is NDIS ready. Our organisation has been registered and approved as a Plan Management Provider and for a range of children's specialist disability services. These include:
- Support Coordination and Connection
- Support Worker Services for Children and Young Adults – In Home, Respite, and Community Participation
- Therapy Services – Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy, Counselling, and Registered Nurse
